All pieces are made by hand by Kalya of Kalya OD Studio. 

All sales: Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified.

Lead Times: All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the Kalya OD Studio price sheet or product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Custom projects require 16 weeks or more for completion. Lead times are calculated from the date of receipt of payment.

In Stock: Select products are available. Limited quantities are available. Products are subject to change. In Stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. No cancellations will be accepted on In Stock orders.

Rush Orders: Orders can be rushed for a fee of 25%. Rush orders require pre-approval from Kalya OD Studio as not all items can be rushed. Rush orders typically will reduce the lead time in half. Rush orders must be paid in full before production can begin. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders. Please contact Kalya OD Studio for approval. 

Custom Orders: All custom orders need to be placed by contacting Kalya OD Studio. Custom orders require a minimum of 16 weeks for production.

Returns: Kalya OD Studio does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 5 business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned within intact, original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credits are valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

Order Cancellations: Kalya OD Studio does not offer refunds. Cancellations must be made within 5 business days of confirmation of the order. Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 2 business days of confirmation of the order. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders or In Stock orders. Credits are valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

Damages: All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
